Schedule

  • Full-time
  • 100% remote
  • No weekends
  • Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm PT
  • Production: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm PT
  • Weekly pay

Responsibilities

  • Verify provider credentials through approved primary sources with speed and accuracy
  • Process credentialing and re-credentialing applications
  • Maintain and update provider information, including demographics, in the credentialing database
  • Monitor and manage delegated entity data for compliance
  • Communicate with providers and office staff on application status and required documentation
  • Identify and escalate credentialing issues or non-compliance
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive data at all times
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of provider credentialing experience for a health plan
  • Typing: at least 50 WPM and 135 KSPM on ten-key
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and high-volume workloads
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with NCQA, CMS, and state credentialing standards
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
