What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns, focusing on efficient spend and structured testing
- Run audience, creative, and message experiments with clear testing frameworks
- Track pacing and performance daily, adjusting strategy as needed
- Partner with the creative team to evaluate ad assets using performance insights
- Lead A/B and multivariate landing page tests to improve conversion rates
- Analyze user behavior patterns to uncover optimization opportunities
- Work with design and development teams to implement test variations
- Manage end-to-end reporting on experiments, funnel performance, and efficiency gains
- Maintain accurate UTM tracking and ensure attribution consistency
- Troubleshoot pixel and tracking issues across campaigns
What You Need
- 3–5+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, with deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager
- Hands-on experience with landing page testing tools (e.g., Statsig, VWO)
- Strong analytical skills and fluency in metrics like CTR, CVR, CPL, and ROAS
- Solid understanding of UTMs, attribution, and conversion tracking
- A strong bias toward action and ownership
- Clear communication skills and the ability to turn performance data into meaningful insights
- Bonus: experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or DTC growth
- Must be based in the United States
