Schedule
Fully remote role available in AZ, CA, CO, NM, NV, OR, UT, and WA. Standard business hours with flexibility based on team needs.
What You’ll Do
Monitor, record, and reconcile payments while managing daily bank deposits
Support monthly invoicing and help improve the collections process
Maintain accurate accounts receivable records, applying credits and resolving discrepancies
Generate weekly aging reports and take action on slow-paying accounts
Handle daily cash management duties and maintain cash receipt logs
Contact clients regarding outstanding balances through email and phone outreach
Perform payment and account reconciliations
Assist with month-end close and invoicing processes
Identify process improvements and support Accounting team members as needed
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 3+ years of experience in AR, invoicing, or collections
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups)
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Experience using NetSuite for payment application and invoicing
Basic knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting principles
