Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Fully remote (U.S. based only)
  • Requires availability across standard business hours; schedule may include outbound cold calling and member appointment coordination

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to support members
  • Complete intake screening questionnaires
  • Conduct audio/video initial program assessments
  • Make outbound engagement calls to encourage participation
  • Route callers to the appropriate clinician
  • Navigate multiple digital platforms (call center system, EHR, member-facing app)
  • Assist members with scheduling clinician appointments
  • Deliver thoughtful, personalized service across a variety of member needs
  • Collaborate with clinicians, team leads, and clinical managers
  • Use critical thinking to resolve member concerns
  • Support clinical operations and administrative tasks as assigned

What You Need

  • 2+ years of healthcare or clinical experience
  • Call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable setting up and maintaining company-issued equipment
  • Basic understanding of EHR/EMR systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must reside in the United States
  • Dedicated, quiet home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
