Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote within the United States

- Cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, and QA teams
Responsibilities
- Execute test strategies in secure, complex production environments
- Design and implement test plans across API, UI, ETL, and Azure Data Factory (ADF) components
- Contribute to and maintain manual regression suites, automated UI tests, and automated API tests
- Validate ADF pipelines, ETL workflows, and data transformations
- Test file structures and schema (CSV, JSON, XML, Parquet)
- Verify Microsoft Dynamics 365 workflows, forms, and business logic
- Validate Power Automate flows for triggers, conditions, and integrations
- Run exploratory testing across browsers and operating systems
- Diagnose and report root causes of issues from development or user feedback
- Communicate test coverage, quality status, and risk assessments before releases
Requirements
- 1+ years of automation experience and 2+ years total software or web testing
- Skilled in both automated and manual testing approaches
- Strong understanding of agile QA as a risk-management and confidence-building function
- Ability to balance feature testing with long-term automation and data-quality goals
- Effective communication and advocacy for quality
- Collaborative mindset with openness to learning
- Working SQL knowledge for validation and troubleshooting
- Experience with ADF/ETL, file ingestion, and data processes
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Automate preferred
- Must reside in the United States
