What You’ll Do
- Consult with prospects to identify needs and match them with PEO solutions
- Present Paychex PEO services to decision makers and guide them through the sales cycle
- Sell remotely to clients nationwide
- Partner with local HR Services Sales Representatives to strengthen referral pipelines
- Work with the Client Onboarding Ambassador (COA) to deliver a smooth onboarding experience
- Resolve client concerns quickly during onboarding and early engagement
- Manage accounts, opportunities, and pipeline activity in Salesforce
- Attend partner meetings to educate teams on PEO offerings
- Maintain accurate paperwork, expense reports, and activity logs
- Stay current on competitive trends, technical knowledge, and sales best practices
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 3 years of outside sales or Paychex PEO experience
- 3 years of experience in employee benefits, HR, or training (helpful)
