Responsibilities
- Manage account retention and drive service contract renewals
- Onboard new customers to ensure strong adoption and long-term engagement
- Identify customer growth opportunities and partner with field sales on upsell paths
- Increase customer usage of ASP products and services
- Conduct regular customer success check-ins, resolve issues, and expand consumables usage
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Billing, and Technical teams
- Manage renewal issues and ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication
- Hit key KPIs including renewal rates, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
Experience
- 1–3 years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Support, Account Management)
- Experience in recurring-revenue environments strongly preferred
Skills
- Strong phone, written, and verbal communication abilities
- Confident, motivated, and team-oriented
- Skilled in customer engagement with senior-level contacts
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and project management
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
