What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support for eMaint software via phone, email, chat, and web meetings
- Troubleshoot customer issues in Microsoft and web-based environments
- Document interactions and solutions in real time
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and product documentation
- Participate in software testing to ensure quality releases
- Approach all customer interactions with patience, empathy, and clarity
What You Need
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented approach with a desire to help others
Nice-to-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in customer service or technical support
