Schedule

- Production schedule assigned during training based on business needs
- Mandatory 3-week virtual training + 2-week nesting period (100% attendance required)
What You’ll Do
- Handle claims inquiries and debit card denials
- Assist members with documentation requests, commuter orders, website navigation, and account access
- Support members with HSA contributions, deadlines, distributions, and new account setup
- Manage profile updates, tax form questions, and eligibility inquiries
- Navigate 12–13 internal systems while handling 30–40 calls per day
- Provide guidance on reimbursement requests, portal access, and online features
What You Need
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Ability to complete training with perfect attendance
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules
- Ability to maintain a steady call volume while navigating multiple platforms
- Must pass background check, education verification, and employment verification
