What You’ll Do
- Guide merchants through onboarding, verification calls, document review, and personalized 12-month Payment Strategies
- Serve as the main point of contact between merchants and underwriting teams
- Build strong relationships with merchants, underwriters, and internal teams
- Process applications, set expectations, address risk issues early, and ensure banking diversification
- Aim for efficient workflows with one-call closes and complete documentation
- Monitor key merchant metrics such as chargebacks, declines, and MID performance
- Support growth through account management, retention, and referral development
- Participate in training, mentoring, SOP feedback, and team improvement initiatives
What You Need
- Experience in high-risk merchant services
- Background managing a dedicated book of high-value merchants (preferred)
- Underwriting experience is a plus
- Proven track record supporting high-risk businesses
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High technical fluency with CRMs and industry platforms
Preferred
- Risk management experience
- Sales support or underwriting background
- Strong systems thinking, attention to detail, and quick decision-making
Benefits
- Salary: $70,000–$75,000
- Monthly commissions (OTE: $85,000–$100,000)
