Schedule
- Fully remote
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00am–4:30pm EST or CST
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
What You’ll Do
- Place inbound and outbound calls to help members schedule screenings, vaccinations, refills, and other care
- Assist providers and members with services that support better Star health outcomes
- Identify barriers and guide members toward solutions
- Provide clear education to support healthier decisions
- Document all interactions accurately in member records
What You Need
- High computer literacy and Windows proficiency
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and maintain professionalism
- Comfort working independently and adapting in a fast-paced setting
- Must reside in the Eastern or Central time zone
Preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual
- Experience with pharmacy terms or behavior-change conversations
- Call center or outreach experience
- 3 years in a healthcare setting or medical certification (CNA, MA, etc.)
