What You’ll Do
• Respond to client inquiries via chat, email, SMS, and phone
• Provide accurate guidance on payments, account issues, and loan support
• Promote and cross-sell Earnest products where appropriate
• Assist clients with payment plans, relief options, and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs effectively
• Research and document all interactions clearly and professionally
What You Need
• 1+ year of customer service, collections, or sales experience
• Strong communication skills for phone, chat, and email
• Calm under pressure with strong de-escalation skills
• Tech-savvy (Mac preferred); able to navigate systems quickly
• Ability to manage high-volume work while staying accurate
• Bonus if you have lending, banking, or student loan experience
