Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Training: Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:00pm EST (4 days)
  • Production: Mon–Fri, 9:00am–8:00pm EST + Sat 9:00am–5:30pm EST
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct outbound calls to individuals who may qualify for Medicaid
  • Follow scripts and compliance guidelines
  • Gather eligibility details and educate members on benefits and enrollment steps
  • Assist with applications or direct members to resources
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Identify and resolve barriers to enrollment
  • Support vulnerable populations with empathy and professionalism
  • Meet call, quality, and enrollment goals
  • Document opt-outs and DNC requests

What You Need

  • 1+ year experience in sales, retention, or scheduling
  • Strong objection-handling skills
  • Calm, professional communication on the phone
  • Ability to problem-solve and stay organized
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
