Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Training: 8:00am–5:00pm PT
- Production: 8:00am–5:00pm PT
- No weekends
What You’ll Do
- Verify provider credentials quickly and accurately
- Process credentialing and re-credentialing applications
- Maintain provider records and demographics in the credentialing system
- Monitor delegated entity data and follow up with providers or offices
- Ensure compliance and report issues when needed
- Protect sensitive information and support team projects
What You Need
- 1+ year of provider credentialing experience for a health plan
- Ability to type 50 WPM and 135 KSPM on 10-key
- Strong organization, time management, and accuracy
- Experience working independently and in team settings
- Familiarity with NCQA, CMS, and state credentialing standards
- Clear written and verbal communication
