Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Monday to Friday, schedule set by management between 5:00am–6:00pm PT
  • Up to 30 percent travel, including overnight travel

What You’ll Do

  • Build and close new business for HR and payroll solutions
  • Run full-cycle sales: outbound outreach, discovery, demos, proposals, and contract negotiation
  • Engage C-level prospects and position ROI and value proposition
  • Manage pipeline and daily CRM activity in Salesforce
  • Stay current on market trends and competitive landscape
  • Support trade show and partner activity as needed

What You Need

  • Proven success selling HR or payroll SaaS solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build executive-level relationships
  • Detail-oriented, organized, consistent follow-through
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and quota-driven
  • Salesforce experience preferred
