Schedule
- Full-time, remote (California residents only)
- 40-hour work week
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Shift hours may fall between:
Mon–Fri: 7:00am–10:00pm PT
Sat: 8:00am–4:30pm PT
Sun: 9:00am–5:30pm PT - Overtime available
Compensation
- $20.00–$25.00/hour
- Monthly bonus incentive (often $1,000+ based on sign-ups)
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal help
- Listen with empathy, gather injury and case details, and assess eligibility
- Convert 95 percent of qualified leads into signed clients
- Follow up consistently and professionally with prospective clients
- Document all conversations and case details in the CRM
- Refer non-personal-injury matters to partner firms
- Participate in ongoing training and development
Requirements
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to connect emotionally while staying professional
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment
- Bilingual Spanish-English required
- Open to coaching and performance feedback
- Salesforce or CRM experience a plus
- Sales and/or personal injury experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
