Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. only)

- Must be able to meet productivity and ticket-handling goals in a remote environment
What You’ll Do
- Support pharmacy software users by phone and electronic communication
- Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues, from basic to complex
- Guide customers through setup, product use, and issue resolution
- Log requests, document solutions, and contribute to FAQs/knowledge base
- Escalate critical issues and ensure timely follow-up
- Stay current on product updates and industry requirements
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and medical equipment standards
What You Need
- Experience in customer support or help desk, preferably with pharmacy or home-infusion software
- Knowledge of pharmacy workflows (patient intake, dispensing, compounding, NCPDP billing, etc.)
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage complex issues with urgency and accuracy
- Self-starter who thrives in remote work and hits performance metrics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
- Experience with Brightree Pharmacy software
- Background in pharmacy, infusion, HME, or healthcare
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, tech, or related field (or equivalent experience)
