Schedule
- Full-time, Remote (US-based)
- Standard business hours, Monday–Friday
- Cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, Operations, and suppliers
Responsibilities
- Lead product portfolio planning, pricing strategy, and category growth initiatives
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate agreements
- Build and execute marketing campaigns, sales materials, and go-to-market programs
- Guide messaging, product positioning, and customer segmentation strategy
- Monitor P&L performance, forecast revenue, and optimize gross margins
- Use market insights, competitive intelligence, and data to drive brand and category expansion
- Partner with creative and commercial teams to support product launches and sales enablement
- Prepare and present business plans and ongoing performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5+ years in product or marketing management, ideally in distribution or healthcare
- Strong financial acumen, forecasting skills, and Excel proficiency
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing timelines
- Familiarity with supply chain and inventory processes preferred
- Prior healthcare or clinical product experience beneficial
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Creative and strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset
