Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. based)
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional weekend/holiday support may be required during peak periods
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and assist members, caregivers, and facility partners
- Provide support related to benefits, care coordination, and service navigation
- Document call details accurately in internal systems
- Route inquiries to clinical, operations, or plan teams as needed
- Assist with member outreach and follow-up tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal policies
- Deliver compassionate, patient-first customer service
What You Need
- Customer service or contact center experience preferred
- Healthcare call center or health plan experience a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly with seniors, caregivers, and clinical staff
- Strong listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable learning new systems and working in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette and attention to detail
- Must reside in the United States
- Eligible to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
