Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Start Date: 12/01/25
- Monday–Friday
- 10:00 AM–6:30 PM CST or 11:00 AM–7:30 PM CST
- One weekend day every 4th week
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with prospective customers in English and Spanish
- Close sales and schedule ignition interlock installations
- Follow up with leads; no cold calling
- Uncover needs, build value, and resolve objections
- Maintain performance standards and work closely with sales leadership
- Use CRM tools and Microsoft Office to track and manage activity
What You Need
- Bilingual: Spanish & English
- 0–3+ years sales experience
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Motivated, results-driven, and excited about uncapped earnings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fast-paced environment mindset
- Able to type 30+ WPM and comfortable with tech tools
