What You’ll Do
- Gather and enter patient information required for EMS claim payments
- Work with hospitals, insurers, attorneys, and patients to collect accurate data
- Search systems and online portals for missing patient demographics
- Communicate via phone, email, and mail to support claim processing
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and internal procedures
What You Need
- Billing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work with deadlines
- Professional communication skills, especially by phone
- Computer proficiency and ability to work with dual monitors
