What You’ll Do

  • Maintain accurate books for multiple companies
  • Manage AP/AR, payroll, and financial entries
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger activity
  • Process payroll and reimbursement transactions
  • Import and post bank transactions in QuickBooks
  • Prepare filings (1099/1096, property tax reports)
  • Research and resolve discrepancies
  • Respond to client and internal inquiries
  • Handle special accounting projects as needed

What You Need

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting
  • 5+ years accounting and financial admin experience
  • Advanced QuickBooks Desktop experience
  • Strong Excel skills (V-lookups, pivot tables, formulas)
  • Familiarity with Bill.com and payroll systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Strong confidentiality and professionalism
