What You’ll Do
- Research and resolve payment posting issues
- Apply payments accurately to patient accounts
- Work with banks, attorneys, clients, and insurance carriers
- Manage high-volume posting tasks under deadlines
- Navigate carrier websites and validate payment information
What You Need
- Experience reading Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
- Knowledge of insurance payments, patient payments, and HSA transactions
- Strong multitasking, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Medical billing and payment posting experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
