What You’ll Do
- Write and edit therapeutic curriculum including group guides, facilitator materials, and client handouts
- Translate clinical theory and research into accessible, trauma-informed programming
- Incorporate diverse client experiences, culturally responsive design, and affirming language
- Revise content based on feedback from facilitators, leadership, and client outcomes
- Maintain version control, documentation, and formatting standards
- Identify creative opportunities to deepen engagement (interactive elements, multimedia, exercises)
- Support training efforts by providing content guidance and written materials
What You Need
- Master’s degree in a clinical field
- Clinical license (current or previously held) and direct client experience
- 2+ years of curriculum writing or clinical program development experience
- Strong grasp of evidence-based treatment models: trauma-informed care, DBT, ACT, CBT, relational frameworks
- Exceptional writing skills with warmth, clarity, and clinical accuracy
- Deep attention to detail, organization, and collaborative communication
- Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into client-centered language
- Proficiency with Google Suite and virtual collaboration tools
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
