Schedule

• Cross-functional collaboration with product + engineering
What You’ll Do
• Support users via email for card activation, payments, transactions, and security issues
• Troubleshoot and escalate card-related concerns
• Educate users on safe, efficient use of Trust Wallet and payment tools
• Document cases and surface trends to improve tools and processes
• Participate in QA, improvement initiatives, and ticket-reduction projects
What You Need
• 2–3 years frontline customer support experience
• Fintech, banking, or card-network background (Visa/Mastercard/AmEx) strongly preferred
• Experience with crypto, digital wallets, or blockchain payments is a plus
• Clear communicator who can break down technical issues simply
• Strong multitasking and time-management capabilities
• Fluent in English + one native language
• Flexible, curious, resilient — thrives in fast-changing environments
