Schedule
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Fully remote — must live in a Nursing Compact state
• Set schedule with occasional holiday rotation
• Minimal travel (2–3x/year for company events)
What You’ll Do
• Support patients using Virta’s nutrition-first, tech-enabled obesity reversal program
• Manage prescriptions and partner closely with physicians and NPs
• Coach patients using motivational interviewing and weight-loss expertise
What You Need
• RN license in a Compact state + eligible for licensure nationwide
• 2+ years experience with diabetes or weight loss patients
• Experience supporting patients on GLP-1 medications
• Strong coaching, motivational interviewing, and telehealth communication skills
