What You’ll Do
- Scale automated member-awareness strategies across accounts
- Refine playbooks and advocate for sustained communication access
- Represent Virta in partner meetings and secure outreach channels
- Build co-branded materials and coordinate launch deliverables
- Drive consistent, repeatable campaign execution across teams
- Use data to influence decisions and improve enrollment outcomes
First 90 Days
- Learn Virta’s tools and growth playbooks
- Shadow client conversations, then lead elements independently
- Manage timelines, materials, and campaign launches
- Prioritize workload during launch season and flag blockers early
- Share ideas to improve growth workflows and efficiency
What You Need
- 4+ years in growth or customer marketing (B2B2C preferred)
- Healthcare or benefits-partner experience is a strong plus
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Analytical mindset — comfortable using metrics to drive decisions
- Ability to scale processes while maintaining quality and speed
Compensation
- Base salary: $89.5K – $105.3K
- Equity offered
