What You’ll Do
- Manage AP inbox and respond to vendor/internal inquiries
- Process 300–400 invoices/month with accurate coding and approvals
- Process 300–500 expense reimbursements/month and review credit card transactions
- Maintain digital invoice & vendor documentation
- Support weekly payment runs
- Assist with month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations
- Prepare 1099s and ensure compliance with T&E policies
- Help drive AP process improvements and system efficiencies
- Partner cross-functionally and support ad-hoc requests
What You Need
- 2+ years Accounts Payable experience (or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with full AP cycle, reimbursements, and credit cards
- Experience preparing 1099s
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets + comfort with financial tools
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and deadline-focused
- Strong communication + collaborative attitude
- Familiarity with Netsuite, Airbase, or similar systems a plus
- Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting preferred but not required
