What You’ll Do
- Design, execute, and continuously improve compensation programs, salary structures, and job architecture
- Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and job evaluations to ensure equity & competitiveness
- Build and maintain tools, dashboards, and models to inform compensation decisions
- Lead comp cycles (base, bonus, equity) and advise on offers, promotions, & org changes
What You Need
- 5+ years compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics experience
- Advanced Excel + strong data modeling skills; deep knowledge of job leveling & salary structures
- Experience with market surveys (Radford, Mercer) and compensation strategy in high-growth environments
- Bachelor’s degree + proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
