What You’ll Do
- Call assigned medical providers to request charts and documentation
- Use approved scripts, answer questions, and follow up to drive completion
- Log every interaction accurately in designated systems while following HIPAA
What You Need
- 1+ year call center experience (outbound or sales calls strongly preferred)
- Clear, professional phone presence; strong written and verbal communication
- High accuracy with data entry; basic Windows skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
