Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.)
- Partner daily with People Ops + Recruiting teams
- Salary range: $58,000–$72,000 annually DOE
What You’ll Do
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and ATS organization
- Coordinate interview logistics, support offer prep, and assist onboarding alongside People Ops Partners
- Partner with Recruiting Lead on candidate coordination and timelines
- Support company culture initiatives, surveys, offsites, and engagement events
- Champion an inclusive, positive candidate experience that reflects company values
What You Need
- 1–2+ years in People Ops, HR, recruiting, or administrative support
- Strong communication skills — clear, adaptable, and professional
- Experience with HRIS & ATS platforms (Rippling a plus)
- Ultra-organized and comfortable balancing multiple priorities
- Collaborative team player with a service-minded approach
- Passion for advancing education and student impact through thoughtful hiring
