What You’ll Do
- Evaluate P&C product performance and underwriting trends
- Build models, reports, and visualizations to guide pricing and coverage decisions
- Recommend policy, rate, and product changes to improve profitability
- Support development and enhancement of insurance products
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities
- Validate testing results and ensure product success metrics are met
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and senior-level analysis
What You Need
- 5+ years in P&C insurance; 2+ years in underwriting analytics
- Advanced Excel + experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Familiarity with SQL and statistical analysis
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Fire dwelling insurance and product development experience
- Industry designations (AINS, CPCU, ARM)
- Broad business understanding across finance, marketing, legal, and ops
