Schedule
- Full-time, remote (based in New York, NY)
- Varied shifts with occasional weekends
What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound communications via phone and email
- Identify customer needs, resolve concerns, and offer innovative retention solutions
- Re-sell policy value by highlighting personalized coverage benefits
- Negotiate renewals and retain business through empathy and problem-solving
- Document all interactions and provide feedback to improve customer processes
What You Need
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment (retention preferred)
- Proven success in sales or customer retention roles
- Excellent multitasking, negotiation, and communication skills
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license across multiple states (company covers licensing)
- Proficiency in G-Suite, phone systems, and web applications
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated home workspace
