Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (10:30 AM–7:00 PM CST)
- 100% Remote (eligible states only — excludes AL, AK, CT, DE, HI, IA, KS, KY, ME, MA, MS, MT, NE, NH, NM, ND, RI, SC, SD, VT, WV, WY)
- Pay range: $18.67–$21.96 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Process and monitor manufacturer copay assistance program reimbursements.
- Ensure billing accuracy and timely claim submission within pharmacy systems.
- Maintain organized and detailed documentation of all reimbursement activities.
- Respond promptly to patient, client, or internal inquiries regarding billing or claims.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and claim issues.
- Support patient billing setup and communicate available payment options.
- Participate in meetings and maintain up-to-date reference materials on reimbursement procedures.
- Adhere to all compliance, ethical, and legal standards.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Pharmacy technician license (or trainee license) preferred; CPhT certification a plus.
- Experience in pharmacy, healthcare billing, insurance claims, or benefit assessments.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work cooperatively across departments with professionalism and empathy.
