What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound customer calls regarding financial services, accounts, and transactions.
  • Deliver exceptional service through active listening and clear communication.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently—often on the first call.
  • De-escalate challenging interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate call records for reporting and quality purposes.
  • Identify potential opportunities to upsell products or services when appropriate.

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred).
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Windows-based systems.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
