Schedule
- 100% Remote (U.S. only)
- Full-time, entry-level role
- Must be willing to work occasional overtime when needed
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main contact for clients and candidates needing support with Drug & Health Services.
- Coordinate appointments, research collection sites, and guide candidates through the screening process.
- Communicate via phone, email, and Salesforce to ensure seamless service.
- Register applicants for services and accurately enter lab and exam data.
- Troubleshoot issues to ensure timely and compliant results.
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (associate degree or 2 years of related experience preferred).
- At least 1 year of customer service or client support experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet searches, and database tools.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
