Schedule
- 100% Remote, full-time
- $16 per hour, paid weekly
What You’ll Do
- Enter and verify customer data from client statements, banking documents, and settlement offers.
- Process payments and documentation in accordance with customer instructions.
- Review and confirm payment accuracy before submission.
- Maintain accuracy, meet departmental deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Cross-train to support other departments as needed.
What You Need
- Minimum of 6 months of data entry experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines.
- Strong math and organizational skills.
- Proficiency navigating multiple computer systems and applications.
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
