Schedule
- 100% Remote, full-time
- $15 per hour + bonus pay
- Paid weekly
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls to provide updates, support, and guidance.
- Answer questions about debt programs with accuracy and empathy.
- Document client interactions and updates in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client service.
- Maintain professionalism while meeting performance goals and deadlines.
What You Need
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking ability.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous customer service or collections experience a plus.
- Familiarity with FDCPA guidelines preferred.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to quality service.
