Schedule
- Full-time, Remote (35–40 hours per week)
- Monday–Friday between 7 AM and 11 PM EST
- 3–4 weekend shifts per month (Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Independent Contractor (1099)
What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service through inbound and outbound calls
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Document all interactions accurately in the company database
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to improve service processes
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling a high call volume
What You Need
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Quiet, professional home workspace
PC Requirements
- Windows 10 or 11 computer (no Mac or tablets)
- Processor: Intel i5 or better, 8GB RAM minimum
- Hardwired internet (minimum 50 Mbps download speed)
- Two monitors (1024×768 resolution or higher)
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Approved antivirus software: ESET or McAfee
Compensation
- $14–$15 per hour
- Paid on a 1099 contractor basis
