Schedule

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound customer calls for top brands across multiple industries
  • Listen, assess needs, and resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Manage documentation and navigation across multiple systems
  • Deliver professional, empathetic customer interactions

What You Need

  • Minimum 1 year of phone-based customer service experience
  • Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable wired internet connection and quiet home workspace
  • Windows-based PC (Macs, Chromebooks, and tablets not supported)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own business operations

Compensation

  • Paid per completed service (rates vary by client program)
  • Performance-based pay opportunities
  • Submit invoices for completed work; manage your own taxes and expenses
