Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday (8 a.m.–5:30 p.m. CST). 100% remote with a consistent schedule and clear opportunities for advancement.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to educate and enroll patients into Medicare-sponsored care coordination programs.
- Establish trust and tailor messaging to meet each patient’s unique health concerns and background.
- Deliver compassionate, clear, and persuasive communication to drive engagement.
- Manage a high call volume while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Document all patient interactions and feedback in real time.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet enrollment goals and uphold service quality.
What You Need
- Associate degree or higher (required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven success working in high-volume, metrics-driven environments.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple software tools (Microsoft Office proficiency).
- Warm, empathetic demeanor with a patient-first mindset.
- U.S.-based, with availability during business hours (CST).
