Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Must reside in New York or nearby eligible states
- Requires a flexible 40-hour work week, including occasional weekends
What You’ll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails with empathy and professionalism
- Identify customer needs, resolve concerns, and retain existing policies through effective communication
- Use multiple systems to access policy details and pet health data to personalize recommendations
- Negotiate renewals and highlight the value of Fetch products to drive customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and elevate customer experience
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment (retention experience preferred)
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license or willingness to obtain (company-paid)
- Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to multitask across systems
- Reliable high-speed internet (100 Mbps download / 30 Mbps upload) and dedicated home workspace
