What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional bilingual (English/Spanish) customer support for pharmacy and prescription-related inquiries.
  • Assist members, pharmacies, and providers with claims, benefits, and medication coverage questions.
  • Research and resolve complex issues quickly and accurately.
  • Document all interactions clearly in the system and follow established quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service excellence.
  • Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and Abarca’s policies.

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Prior experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Comfort using digital tools and multiple data systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure.
