What You’ll Do
- Build and manage relationships with creators, founders, and CEOs using Uscreen’s platform.
- Partner with customers to help expand their online video subscription businesses.
- Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing strategy sessions to maximize ROI and product adoption.
- Identify upsell opportunities and manage contract renewals with pricing optimization.
- Monitor account health, usage, churn, and engagement metrics to ensure long-term success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or workflow challenges.
- Share insights and best practices on marketing, platform tools, and industry trends.
- Proactively address churn risks and promote customer retention strategies.
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep curiosity about the creator economy, SaaS, and video monetization industries.
- Growth mindset with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
