What You’ll Do
- Assist federal employees, retirees, and military personnel with benefits plan enrollment and general inquiries.
- Guide customers through account setup, site navigation, and plan comparisons.
- Deliver patient, empathetic, and clear customer care during each interaction.
- Manage inbound and outbound communication via phone and digital platforms.
- Maintain professional communication standards while working independently.
What You Need
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical proficiency and comfort navigating multiple systems.
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Personal computer (Windows 11), wired broadband internet (minimum 10 Mbps), and a USB headset.
- Availability to work flexible hours between 7 AM–8 PM CT, Monday–Friday.
Earnings & Opportunities
- Pay rate: $0.28/min (English) or $0.31/min (Spanish).
- Guaranteed minimum of 54 productive minutes per hour.
- Incentive opportunities available.
- Seasonal contract with potential for follow-up projects after open enrollment.
Work Eligibility
