Schedule
Full-time | Fully Remote | $23–$24 per hour

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and submit client funding requests for member medical claims.
  • Manage payment releases to providers and vendors via check or electronic transfer.
  • Reconcile transactions, record deposits, and monitor account activity.
  • Communicate with clients and internal departments to resolve claim or funding discrepancies.
  • Assemble and send daily or weekly funding reports for client approval.
  • Process claims-related vendor fees and handle check deposits.
  • Support administrative and reconciliation tasks across the finance team.
  • Track and document all financial activity to ensure compliance and accuracy.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or healthcare role.
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with MS Access a plus.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
