What You’ll Do

  • Become a product expert on the Promoboxx platform and support both external and internal users.
  • Manage support inboxes using template responses and AI tools to resolve user inquiries efficiently.
  • Respond to inbound emails, voicemails, and live chats while maintaining a professional, upbeat tone.
  • Conduct 1:1 platform training sessions and make outbound calls to assist retailers.
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve technical issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Document support interactions and contribute to continuous process improvements.

What You Need

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • High motivation and pride in producing quality, independent work
  • Tech-savvy mindset with confidence learning new platforms
  • Empathy, patience, and professionalism when working with customers
