- Full-time, remote (U.S.)
- Available Shifts (CST):
- Sunday–Thursday | 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Tuesday–Sunday | 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Monday–Friday | 1:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m.
- Weekend and holiday shifts may be required
- Quarterly schedule reviews after 90 days
What You’ll Do
- Provide accurate, compassionate support to patients and providers during all stages of the cardiac monitoring process.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and make outbound calls regarding coverage, billing, and device usage.
- Manage communication tickets and emails, documenting all details in Salesforce.
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate across teams, participate in virtual training, and uphold FDA and company compliance standards.
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–3+ years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment (60+ interactions/day)
- Strong written and verbal communication with empathy and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to handle sensitive information and manage stressful situations calmly
- Reliable internet and a private home workspace
