What You’ll Do
- Lead and perform third-party payor billing activities (primary and secondary claims)
- Safeguard billing accuracy and compliance with organizational and payor policies
- Monitor unresolved or incomplete claims for timely follow-up and escalation
- Anticipate and apply the most efficient resources and tools to secure payments
- Identify and escalate recurring issues or noncompliance patterns
- Contribute toward revenue cycle goals on daily, monthly, and annual levels
- Support quality assurance and best practices across the billing function
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior physician office or infusion drug billing experience highly preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve independently
- Proficiency in billing systems and accounts receivable management
