What You’ll Do
- Negotiate and process payments on delinquent commercial credit card accounts
- Assess financial conditions, determine reasons for delinquency, and find solutions
- Maintain and update customer accounts with accuracy and compliance
- Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations governing collections
- Meet performance goals and quality assurance standards
What You Need
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
- Previous commercial credit card collections experience required
- Strong negotiation skills with an assertive, competitive, and persuasive approach
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
